We curated this evening to showcase the diversity of spaces on offer at Somerset House.
Guests started the evening with a choice of a Cactus Collins and Last Thyme We Met cocktails alongside a range of plant based canapés including chickpea wafer, fizzy figs and cashew cheese and Shimeji, rainbow radish crisp and pea sponge.
Guests were later invited to experience our projection-mapped immersive dining experience where white dishes let the table take centre stage.
