Time flies when you’re having fun and would you believe that Summer is just around the corner? Summer 2016 is shaping up to be a spectacularly exciting one for us here at Alexander & Bjӧrck! I am proud to announce that we have been chosen to cater the grand opening VIP dinner for 650 guests at the prestigious Royal International Air Tattoo this July, as well as this year’s Farnborough Airshow. The latter is an event I have personally catered at since 2000, and it has been fantastic to work with so many of our old friends again. We have now gained accreditation status at a number of wonderful venues, including Althorp and The Photographers’ Gallery. This is, of course, a result of years of hard work, spent gaining and honing skills which we have brought with us to A&B. As a wise man once said: ‘Excellence is not an act, but a habit’.
