FORMULA 1 AWARDS DINNER | The British Museum


There is nothing more striking perhaps than seeing a Formula 1 car all lit up and positioned outside the British Museum, and that is exactly what we did!

One cold February evening, the A&B team arrived to the venue, armed with a menu set to wow. The evening started with a selection of canapes, English nori crackers with cauliflower cream cheese and chilli emulsion, black truffle beignet with truffle soli and chilli emulsion and also, pork belly on millionaire shortbread.

The glamorous welcome reception took place in the Egypt sculpture gallery, with dinner in the Great Cout.

Tables were adorned and our individual seaweed sourdough buns with our  A&B signature butter were waiting as 120 guests sat down to dine.

Mains of shorthorn beef fillet with broccoli puree, namul kimchi, bone marrow butter and fennel seed granola followed on from Kohlrabi Ravioli with mint, pea, sorrel and lemon jam. And, finally to end the evening, ivory white chocolate and black truffle Cremieux.

Nothing short of decadent and delicious for a very special awards ceremony.
